Our first magazine was the monthly lifestyle publication, Accent, which remains our flagship product. Originally starting life on Wearside, the magazine was launched in Newcastle in 2000.
Covering fashion, beauty, nightlife, food and drink, interiors, property and more, Accent has reflected the huge changes that have taken place in the region since its inception, making it a must read for aspirational North Easterners.
The weekly property magazine, Northeast HouseHunter, followed in 2001, and this has become a huge success in the region's property market. As the most popular glossy weekly property magazine in the North East, it has transformed the way property is presented to potential homebuyers.
In 2002, established monthly business and society magazine North East Times joined the Accent Magazines stable. Published since 1981, the magazine is a firm favourite with the region's business community and blends cutting-edge business editorial with coverage of social and sporting events.
We have also published a number of other niche magazines, including Business Who's Who guides and we have a highly successful contract publications arm.
We've produced magazines and brochures for England cricketers Paul Collingwood and Owais Shah, as well as Welsh rugby legend Phil Bennett and Guinness Premiership rugby star Tom May to name but a few, testimony to our expertise in sales, editorial, design and production.
And in 2007, Accent Distribution Limited was launched, which offers the bespoke door-to-door delivery of leaflets, brochures, flyers, magazines and samples.
